سکوت سازمان ملل در برابر بحرین محکوم است/ مدعیان حقوق بشر حامی جنایات آل خلیفه‌اند

به گزارش گروه بین الملل « نسیم آنلاین » به نقل از اندیشکده کیتون ، جمعی از چهره های چهره های آکادمیک و رسانه ای و نیز فعالین حقوق بشر آمریکایی و اروپایی نظیر پروفسور "الکساندر دوگین"، "جیمز پتراس"، "حامد الگار"، "ماریا پومیه"، "کوین برت"، مایکل جونز، رندی شورت، دنیس هالیدی، استفان لندمن، جیمز فتزر طی نامه ای به بان کی‌مون در خصوص حساسیت وضعیت بحرین و شیخ عیسی قاسم و بی تفاوتی جامعه بین الملل هشدار دادند. متن این نامه را در ادامه می خوانید:

جناب آقای بان کی‌مون

دبیر کلّ محترم سازمان ملل متّحد

همانطور که می دانید سال هاست که مردم بحرین برای به دست آوردن حاکمیت خود به صورت مسالمت آمیز مبارزه می کنند و از سازمان های مرتبط با حقوق بشر انتظار دارند که به آنها کمک کنند. طی این سال ها آنها به دلیل اینکه خواستار دسترسی به حقوق شهروندی حداقلی خود بوده و هنوز هستند به صورت دائمی مورد ظلم قرار گرفته اند.

عالیجناب، از آنجا که دلیل بنیادین تاسیس سازمان ملل متحد تأمین صلح و امنیت سراسر جهان است و مطابق ماده 21 اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشرکه اساس و منشأ قدرت حکومت را اراده مردم می­داند، خواسته شهروندان بحرینی برای داشتن دولتی که به صورت دموکراتیک انتخاب شود و در آن اکثریت بر کشور حکومت کنند، درخواستی ابتدایی است. چرا این درخواست اولیه برای دسترسی به حداقل حقوق اجتماعی باید با برخوردهای قساوت آمیز دولت از جمله زندانی کردن، شکنجه کردن و قتل مواجه شود؟

جناب آقای دبیر کل، بر اساس ماده 15 اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر، رفتار این رژیم الیگارشیک با مردم خود از جمله تخریب حسینیه ها و مساجد، ممانعت از برپائی نمازهای جمعه و جماعت برای مردمی که اکثریت آنها مسلمان هستند، تعلیق ملیت و اخراج رهبران بحرینی بویژه شیخ عیسی قاسم، به عنوان جرم تلقی می شود و سازمان ملل مسئول است تا چنین اعمال ناقض قوانین بین المللی را محکوم کند.

عالیجناب، شما به خوبی می دانید، جرم ها و جنایات مذکور با ذات حقوق بشر سازگاری ندارند.

جناب آقای دبیرکل سکوت قدرت­های جهانی و به اصطلاح مدافعین حقوق بشر درباره این­گونه جنایات ضد بشری، تعجب برانگیز نیست چراکه جنایات رژیم بحرین در زیر چتر حمایت آنها صورت می گیرد و آنها اجازه این کار را تا زمانیکه منافع غرب تامین می شود دارند! امّا به عنوان فردی که باید پرده از جنایات بردارد و دخالت کند و علیه ظالمان اعتراض کند، سکوت جنابعالی معنی دار و تعجب برانگیز است. به یاد داشته باشید که جنابعالی به عنوان مسئول برقراری جهانی صلح آمیز و ایمن و همچنین اجرای مفاد «اعلامیه حقوق بشر»، در برابر وجدان­های آزاد و تاریخ بشریت محکومید.

عالیجناب، طبق آموزه­های دینی و سنت­های لایتغیر الهی چه شما و دیگر مسئولان بین المللی و به اصطلاح مدافعین حقوق بشر به وظیفه قانونی و انسانی و اخلاقی خود عمل بکنید یا نکنید، ملت­های مظلوم به ویژه مردم یمن، بحرین و فلسطین پیروز خواهند شد چراکه تصمیم گرفته­اند که آزاده باشند، تن به قبول هیچ گونه ظلمی ندهند و در این راه استقامت می­ورزند. ولی این یک امتیاز تاریخی خواهد بود که جنابعالی به حمایت از آنان مفتخر شوید ، لذا ما امضاکنندگان زیر، رؤسای دانشگاه­های جهان اسلام از حضرت عالی درخواست می­کنیم که موارد زیر را در اسرع وقت پیگیری کنید:

1. انجام اقدامات فوری نسبت به توقف اعمال خلاف موازین بین المللی و نقض صریح ماده 15 اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر در خصوص سلب تابعیت شخصیت ها و رهبران دینی بحرین به ویژه حضرت شیخ عیسی قاسم

2. فراهم کردن تمهیدات لازم و اطمینان آور در راستای حاکمیت مردم سالاری و اجرای ماده21 اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر با امکان پذیر کردن همه پرسی که در آن برای هر یک شهروند بحرینی حق یک رای داشته باشد

3. انجام اقدامات عاجل جهت توقف استبداد رژیم الیگارشیک بحرین که امنیت و آزادی مردم را تهدید کرده و آنها را زندانی و شکنجه نموده و به قتل می رساند

4. آزادی فوری زندانیان سیاسی و رسیدگی فوری نسبت به جرائم و جنایات هیأت حاکمة بحرین در دادگاه­های صالحه
